As for hotels, it depends where you want to be - on the beach, in the thick of it, big hotel, little hotel, there are so many hotels over in Bali. We love Legian area and we stay at Puri Raja, but that is probably more for families... Nicki would also be able to help you with some nice hotels for the two of you! Good Luck.
