The last 2 times I went to Bali was the first week of August and found the weather perfect. Am going again this year at the same time. And yes, I agree, book as soon as you can. We got our quote last Saturday and Air Paradise had no seats left on the day we are flying and Garuda only had a few left. Still waiting for confirmation for the 2 weeks at Bali Garden Hotel. Incidentally our quote including Aus taxes was $1200, got another quote from somewhere else for the same same which was $1400.
