We went to Melasti Resort Spa at the Melasti Beach resort (where we also stayed).We went 'spa-ing' almost every other day while in Bali. Service was excellent, spa was cool and relaxing and the staff very professional and gracious. You can e-mail them at spabali@biz.net.id if you would like prices and services.
We also booked their Temple Garden suite one day and it was absolutely delightful.
