We have booked into the Bali Ayu hotel in Seminyak in May and we have 2 daughters aged 3 and 6. It was very cheap and included breakfast. Have just read another post title JBR in Busselton - read it, they have just stayed in the Superior villa in this hotel. Unsure if you were after more "upmarket" hotel, or like us somewhere clean to put our head down at night and a pool to get wet in :-)
