Not a smart-ass one.
An exclamation mark indicates that what has been written is of some importance or urgency. You used three.
The exclamation mark scale works the same as the richter scale. An exclamation mark should be used when a statement is 30 times more important than one that ends in a full stop. Two exclamation marks should be used for a statement 30 times more important than one ending in a single exclamation mark. And so on.
Therefore, your heading implied that the contents of your post are 900 (30x30) times more important than a post whose heading ends in only one. And 27,000 times more important than one that uses no exclamation marks.
So you see, it wasn't a smart-ass comment at all.
However, this post is.
