on the transaction record & on the website (not disputing the exchange rate bit as yep you just have to take what comes up)
It also tells you on the website the minimum dollar limit for travellers cheques & cash.
eg TC is $100 & cash is "Lowest value available for currency purchased"
So if some are stating there is a charge for US dollars under a certain amount, then perhaps they should be referred to their own website :)
