Well, call me biased, but we love the Griya Santrian. Kids Club I'm not sure about, as we don't have any littlies, but all the kids I've sen there in the past seem extremely happy. They have great facilities, two pools (one with a toddlers' pool attached) and gorgeous grounds.
The beach at Sanur is lovely, but not great for swimming unless the tide's in. Depending on the age of the kids, you can take a boat out past the reef and snorker out there.
The location is very central, with restaurants and shops just outside your door. The market is just down the beach, and there is also an art market (although I've never quite figured out what the difference is. They seem to sell the same sort of stuff).
