AIR BALI. But why by helicopter? As I am sure you know, helicopters are very expensive to run, and one hour will cost you about US$1,000. Going to SUB is about 1-1/2 to 2 hrs, and it must return to Bali!
If you must, I would suggest to hire a prop plane from the same company: cheaper.
