Yes - they go to Ubud at 10am daily and again about midday I think.The charge is 20,000 RP for one way and 36,000 for return. For an extra 5000 they will pick you up from your hotel !!!Their office is on JL Legian about 150 yards up the road on the left hand side from Bemo Corner.The busses are generally not A/C but the seats are comfortable enough - not wooden or anything. Good Luck !!p.s Your hotel would be happy to book it all up for you without you having to go down there.
