As a dental nurse for many years may I suggest a bleaching kit (impression trays) rather than this 'Zoom' treatment that is being so heavily promoted and advertised.
With bleaching trays, which look similar to a thin mouthguard and are personally fitted to your teeth/ gums etc... you can then buy the bleach and use it whenever you want to rather than a one off treatment. Eg. re-apply every few months if need be. (especially useful if you are a smoker, tea, coffee or red wine drinker.)
Just put a drop of bleach in the teeth that show, ie. your front teeth and then pop them in your mouth for half an hour.
Other advantages are that you can monitor and control not only the whiteness of your teeth (as we don't all want to look like Farrah:)but as some peoples teeth are very sensitive to the bleaching process, if you are in this category you can be left feeling like you are having your teeth pulled out.
Dentists who buy into this 'Zoom' process do so at great expense and naturally they want to recoup their investment.
In Sydney where I work our price is about $480 AUS for the kit I am suggesting which includes about 5-7 applications of the bleach.
No doubt you could get the impression trays made up in Bali at a much more affordable price.
