every morning from the bali rani in tuban (just past waterbom park), down to kuta square, then down along the beach to melasti street, up melasti, turn right into legian street, then back to the rani. this takes about an hour. i am a walker at home so don't find this hard. i have done it at other times of the day, but around 6am is so nice along the beach. i wear good runners. i am just on the better side of fifty, and find it a good walk.
