hi we stayed at the Bali aga also known as swiss bel hotel in November last year. I found the place needing to have more money available for extra staff, cleaning of pool which was not done in the whole two weeks we were there apart from a hand full of chlorine, maybe twice and the green tinge could be seen, we also changed rooms twice as lack of privacy was avilable through the curtains at night(see through,) there are so much nicer hotels available and this one is so far away from shopping etc although Bali bowling (aussie owned) near galleria now closed does a beautiful rendang and owners are great.
