on our last trip. In saying that I bought a packet which has 30 tablets but only used them on two occassions before dinner when we at at Jimbaran Bay (can't be too safe with seafood!) and Poco Loco, where my hubby got sick on our last trip when we ate there. Did not have a problem at all! All I can say is they are worth having on hand as insurance if you feel unsure about some meals but overall I am not one to take them before each meal as I have never been sick in Bali on any of our trips. Have a great time if you are going to Bali.
