A lot of the leather shops have pictures of jackets....some are quite old though. I would recommend to bring any pictures of suits, jackets and shoes styles you like from home and they can tailor make it exactly.
Did get a bit of Bali Belly but nothing too bad....drank heaps of red cordial, which seemed to help. and when all else failed toof 2 tabs of immodium which did the trick
