UHT is available everywhere, but plain is a little more difficult to find - the Indonesians seem to love it chocolate or strawberry flavoured with lots of sugar! We actually found our two year old preferred the UHT milk to the "fresh" variety due to difference in taste. If you are really fussy (like a 2 year old!) Australian brands, like Devondale etc, are available in bigger supermarkets like Hardy's and Matahari.
