I have already read many posts about the possible perils of real estate in Bali but was wondering particularly about a company called Realty Executives Bali - run by a man named Hans. There was a feature about them a few months back in The West Australian.
My query is this: has anyone had any dealings with this company and can give me some feedback please? Also information on Puri Gading which this company seems to be plugging would be appreciated.
I know it is very much a case of buyer beware we are considering selling one of our investment properties to buy a holiday place in Bali and intend to do a fair bit more research before getting involved.
