Last month we purchased +50 DVD's from Helgie and we have finally started to view most of them. We did not have the time or inclination to check them in Bali, but I must say I am very disappointed in the quality.
I was in two minds as to write this or not, but I can compare the DVD's with the pre-order service from Sakura, who we used 6 months ago.
I know that they only cost a pittance, so no point in complaining about dud copies, however Sakura would not supply me with cinema copies or if the quality wasn't up to scratch. they told me this up-front and I had only one DVD that didn't work!
Many of the DVD's from Helgie work for half an hour and then most frustrating when they suddenly stop or crash. These aren't the latest releases and others are scratched too.
So I have learnt my lesson and I will use Sakura next time and not Helgie - too many of the DVD's are just not able to watch.
So sorry for all those supporters of Helgie, I was happy with his service until and wrote this in my JIB last month, but now I will use Sakura instead on next trip.
