I stayed in a deluxe room last year. The hotel is quieter than most but a great hotel all the same. The location is perfect, off a laneway next to the Bali Bombing Memorial so right in the heart of Kuta and just about opposite Poppies 2. The pool was lovely, clean and hardly anyone in it. No problems getting a lounger as when I stayed the hotel was not at full occupancy. The breakfast was good, although I only ever have toast and coffee for breakfast, but they did have all the cooked stuff, cereal, fruit, bread etc for the taking. The staff were all polite and friendly, but not intrusive which was great. My room was kept spotless the whole time I was there by the best cleaner, he even used to leave me flowers on my bed....this may have been because I was alone on this trip! The bathroom was clean and very nice, roomy enough too. The deluxe rooms are a bit larger than the superior and you get bathrobes and slippers etc (the take home type not preused slippers). All in all I would stay there again for sure. Hope this helps. Have a great time.
