www.thelokhalegian.com Is similar just opened in December and is a very nice boutique hotel. It is not tradtional Balinese but has enough touches to give it that distinctiveness.
The Ibis Legian will open in May it is in Garlic Lane, near Indo-national.

Don't know of any others.
