It seems to me (and this is just my opinion) that you chose to look at the glass as half empty and not half full on Bali. Yes, Bali has inumerous problems etc, but really, it's a beautiful place full of beautiful people. Yes, they all want to sell you something, but once you realise that, it makes life a lot easier. I hope if you go again, that you have a better time....
