There's a shop on Jl Double Six - closer to Jl Legian end (Right hand side as you head toward Jl Legian) that sells the fairy dresses. They're a bit more expensive than the market ones but they're a lot better made.
I think her regular price was Rp40,000 each, but I bought 3 and got her to sell them for Rp30,000 each.
The lady makes them all herself, as well as matching wands and gorgeous little tulle halo/headbands to go with them. I think the head thingies were Rp10,000 each and the wands were about the same.
I checked out the market ones and they're cheaper, but the quality just didn't compare.
