Have not stayed ther since they have refurbished the hotel however brother in-law has and enjoyed it - huge pool area and the rooms are very spacious.I have stayed ther a number of times before upgrade and even then the facilities were more tha adequate - always found the rooms neat and tidy and they very large.The staff especially with our small child (2yrs the first time and 4 yrs next time)were wonderful.Also ate frequently at the restaurants(especially at night with small children)the food was always great.However there is not a beach directly in front of the hotel but walk one minute toward Kuta and the beach there is good.
