We have done the WWR'ing a couple of times now - once with the kids (12 and 13 at the time). I would think that 8 would be a min - 5 may be a bit too young.
I have done various reports about WWR'ing at different times, if you do a search of the archives you will find lots of information (things that we have written and others).
