It's difficult to buy shoes for larger feet in Bali.The Department stores usually go up to a size 40.I take a 9-10 so no good for me.Most of the street shoes have the bigger sizes but doubt you'd get anything to fit an orthodic into as they're all mainly sandal thongs type.Maybe if you have a good fitting pair you could have them copied.Matt at Dolphin leather in Suhadewa St in Legian does a good job.
