Before I went there, I thought it was a very good restaurant. After the meal, I came to the conclusion that it was really a upmarket bar which was trying to be a restaurant.

The atmosphere was great. It was a place where you woud go with your friends and have beer and listened to music and talk- just absorbing the atmosphere.

But the waitresses tried to take away my juice glass before I finished. As soon as you put down your glass on the table and your glass looked slightly empty, they wanted you to have another one. It was their usual practice. No good food + push to sell drinks = bar.

I understand my night at Kori's may have been one of the bad nights. I think many restaurants in Bali suffer from the lack of quality control problem.

If I went back, it may have been different. But Kori's was an disappointment.
