MBR - which room's old or new?

Hi,

We have booked a superior room at the MBR in June, anybody have a preference to old or new wings ( superior rooms ) , i would love to hear pro's + con's if people have time.

The reason I am asking is that I may eamil in advance to see if they can hold a particular room in a particular wing.
