My statement about the pool was not usuable. I meant practicality of it. Nothing was wrong with the pool.

Casa Padma Suites is on the Padma Street. The pool is sort of divided into two sections.
One section is next to the restaurant- two sides of the restaurant are surrounded by the pool. so all the diners sitting close to the pool could see you.I would say this section of the pool was more like a large pond( may be this is harsh). The other section of the pool was ok but it was small and It was still too close to the retaurant and lobby. You can hear the trafffic. The pool seemed to be clean. The area surrounded it seemed to be nice. It was almost quiet at night from 8pm. I did not use the pool.

I was in a mini suite room 306- It was on the third flloor without the balcony. On our first night, they had problem with hot water and they asked us to use another suite for shower. This suite was bigger than ours. From the sofa , I was able to watch TV. In our room the sofa was on the corner. We were only able to watch TV from our bed. The other suite had a separate shower and bath. The room was not that big. Th bathroom was big.

Bakung's Beach's pool was better because I did not hear the traffic and even though the pool was closely located to the restaruant. The restaurant was not a open space restaurant.

The airconditioner at my room at the Casa Padma was good. There was no smell. I expained why I liked it in my JBR. Temperature control was good. It seems that all the hotels in Bali have indiviual airconditioner for rooms. You expect some noises like our aicoditiontioning unit. It was not any more noisy that it had to be. Airconidtioning was very improtant to us because my sister got sick due to the weather and bad airconditioning- too much and could not control the temperature at Bakungs.
They have a website, www.casasuites.com.

You just don't know what room you will get - all the same in Bali. If you don't like your room, complain. It is very important to tell them you are not happy. They attended to my complaint straight way at Casa Padma.

I hope this helps
