we really enjoyed our stay there. We have a 12 year old and he loved the pool area and there were plenty of other kids around as well.
Breakfast is really good - something for everyone. Spa is lovely as well.
We found the location fine. Some people say it is too far from Kuta square etc, but we walked most days - along the beach to Kuta is a lovely walk anyway.
Not sure about 16 year olds though. Maybe they might prefer to be closer to Kuta?
