to organise your own transport from the airport via Taxi and then use the Dynasty voucher to get you back again at the end of the holiday. If you've booked and paid for your airport transfers through your Travel Agent, then that's different and you'll need to check with the Agent to see if they're able to give you a refund, and then you can make your own arrangements ie: taxi and Dynasty car.
I don't know how much discount they give on the room upgrade - you would need to ask them when you check in and I guess it would be subject to availability.
