One is near Waterbom Park (which is the one you probably are booked into) and the other is further away near the Rama Beach Cottages (where they have the spa treatments), they were also building another one when we were there last year near the flea market.
Anyway..... The hotel is a small family run hotel. It has a nice small pool and the rooms are clean (we stayed in a ground floor room with the pool at our doorstep). My kids loved the satelite TV and the room service (which is great value and extensive). Its right next to a supermarket. About a 5-10 minute walk to mataharis, 2-3 minute to waterbom park and you can cut through the Dynasty to the beach or through the kuta art market.
My kids were 7&9 and loved this hotel - the pool was great for their age groups. Not so sure about a 3 year old. I recall a shallower section with chairs. I am sure I posted some pics on Mics site and a more detailed hotel description try looking at
