Barong Hotel is a real party property for the 18 - 30's. Quite noisy at times. Kumala Pantai is a lovely property, quiet and within your price range. Not sure that it has an actual kids pool, but has a lovely pool with a shallow section. Great location on a nice stretch of beach. I think you'll love it.
As for the other two I can't tell you a thing, never heard of them. Maybe try Mic's site. Do a Google search, key in Mic's Proboards and you'll see Mics bali forum. It has most everything you'd ever need to know.
