we have stayed there 4 the last 3yrs & again in sep...The beach sellers now have a daily roster having 2 keep the beach clean twice a day...As for the surf in the past have found it unclean but again the last couple of years found the water also very clean so yes we swim in it..Much to some others disbelief..Judge 4 urself on day..Also do as u do here SWIM BETWEEN THE FLAGS only....& will have no prob's...
