the daily limit on most of them is 1250million rups which is about $170 depending upon the exchange rate of the day. I had a St George visa and they charge $4.00 per transaction. Just make sure that you take your card as they dont pop out here before the money but after the money is released. They are usually air conditioned booths everywhere so this will also provide a bit of relief from the heat.
