I deal with a woman in Melbourne who owns and runs Bali Weddings. I would think this would be a better option as you can communciate easily and in the same language so there is no room for error.
She travels up to Bali frequently for these weddings and is well experienced. If you want her info e-mail me on nickandy@ozemail.com.au and I'll send her contact info. Don't have it on me right now as it's at my office.
