Renovations at LBH and sofitel seminyak

Does anyone have the latest info on these. eg are ALL the villas at Legian Beach Hotel now upgraded.... what about bathrooms?

Re Sofitel Seminyak there was also some reno in progress. Is it finished? pool etc?.
