taking kids that young. Although the rapids aren't THAT full-on, there certainly is a risk of falling out. Parenting is obviosly a very personal thing and each to their own, but I wouldnt take a child younger than 10 on the trip. Stick to Elephants/Waterbom/Monkeys/Jetskis/Banana boats or parasailing.
You would have to be VERY unlucky to capsize. The rafts are very stable, but it can get bouncy in some spots, and they could bounce over the edge. In the bottom of the boat there is a foot strap you tuck your foot into for leverage and their is a rope that runs around the outside edge of the boat that you hold on to as well.
My advice as a dad of 3? Wait til they're a bit older.
