He is in Ungasan which is in Jimbaran on the way to the Bali Cliff. As you go through Ungasan from Nusadua, you come to a "T" junction. If you go left, the unfinished villas are down the road a little on the left hand side. I can take you there, but I can't give you better details. I can get through to the tourist policeman who can give it to me though.
