Help - DPS BGK flight

I need to book my daughter on a flight from Denpasar to Bgk (return) on Thai Airways. To book this fare in Australia it is $1300. To book on the internet with Thai Air it is $550. Problem is you either have to collect ticket (in person) wthin 72 hours or the credit card holder has to be the traveller - well neither of these options are available as my daughter is only 14 and does not have a credit card and we do not arrive in Bali until 6/4. Do you know any agent in Bali who does airline bookings who may be able to organise this for me? Hope you can help.
