We had some lounge covers made by Olga in Garlic Lane. The covers fitted the foam perfectly but the zips were weak. We didn't know that 'til we got back. But look good and the material is first class. Paid 350k (AUD$50)Rp for 4 large covers 600mmm x 600mm x 150mm. Took 3 days to make. There is a place up in Seminyak called Dicky natural. Address is Jl Ray Bangkasa No 10X Ph (0361) 734705 near the markets where the road bends (This road is a continuation of Legian and Seminyak Roads about 5 km north from Melasti Street) They sell curtains, pillows, cushion covers etc all made to order. We found them after we had Olga make ours. There are other places that do covers that are closer to Kuta and Legian.
