The cost of a letter to bali is $1.20 up to 50grams in weight.
The cost of a postcard or greeting card enclosed in an envelope,
standard size to anywhere in the world (including bali) is $1.10 up to 20 grams in weight.
I have posted letters from bali to oz and it cost me RP5,000 up to
20 grams.
