You should be aware that the surf and rips and Dreamlands can be extremely strong, have seen more than a few people dumped and bruised and struggling to keep their feet. If you are not a strong swimmer be careful. Think Padang Padang Beach which is also further out on the Uluwatu Peninsular is a gentler beach. Nevertheless it is a great spot and definitely worth a visit.
