Hey Gemma, It's not the same as going to a friend's place for dinner. You are not paying here. Just not going back is not effective enough. Don't ever think that just because it's Bali, you should have to make concessions with quality and service. Incidentally, the graffiti is done on mirrors with a removable water based felt pen. I wrote dirty toilets on the mirror of a Hungry Jack's in Sydney. The toilets were filthy most times I ate there. After they saw the "Writing on the wall" everything changed, the toilets are now spotless.
