when the police pull our friend and driver over or chases him he gets out of the car shows his paper work re registration of which he pays quite a bit of money to obtain,, and tells the policeman that he must buy his own lunch ,and off we go, it seems to happen all the time on our way to or from candi dasa and klung kung,,we use ketutsudirta@hotmail.com "thanks for the chance to post his name and email address again"; every time we go to bali and have recommended him to our friends or work mates and they are very happy with him also .......but point taken frank48 I think that you must make sure they are registered as far as price unlike the cabs drivers are free to bargain.. over the years we have found that he says "up to you" when it comes to payment and at the end of the day or should I say weeks, his fare is always fair cheers frank48 peter63
