download their software. it doesn't take long. when it's loaded on your pc you choose upload photos to the internet. then you get to choose your photos by selecting them from the folder they are in. you click next and get to put a title and a caption on them if you wish. click next and it gives you a choice about the size of the photo. i chose the smaller size as it uploads a lot quicker. then you can view your photos and i just copied the address from the address bar to post in the Link URL box below this screen. they worked first time. last year i had a bit of trouble. it's fairly simple and the software talks you through it so to speak.
