He went with our driver we have used for a long time. When they got there he was told to pay an offering. When he paid a heated argument started between our driver and the guys at the temple. Driver then told friend he would have to pay more. Friend was feeling very uncomfortable with the arguing. Later driver told friend that they had told hime to make friend pay more or they would have driver killed.
Our poor driver was quite shaken by this experience and said he would not take anyone else up there.
Friend also saw in donation book that previous visitors had paid very large donations that day as well.
Just our experience, in only one place of a country with a million great other things to see and do.
