Harris-Kuta and Ma Joly .

I have read all the Archives about the Harris in Kuta , but can someone tell me if there are good better rooms than others (I have heard about new rooms and rooms that were part of the old hotel.)2 adults with no kids booked in in Aug.
Also has anybody been to Ma Joly restaurant in Tuban?
