Sorry to here about your clothes but unfortunately they put everything in the dryer like my hubbie(The Rooster). I found the best way to stop that was separate the clothes into 2 bags: 1 wash only and 2 wash and dry. When you take your laundry there tell the ladies this!!!
I would hang the wash only clothes in the sun on the balcony or patio area of our room on the towel/clothes airer.
Worked with us and they really do a good job!
