1. If staying in one place (a simple house, quiet and with a fine view) from where to discover / enjoy Bali in only three weeks, which village or town next to Ubud (where my partner once stayed in the house of a friend)would be a good and realistic choice?
2. My partner would love to buy some textile and silver for retail on a very modest scale (house-sales, markets, things like that). Any suggestions on what and where to buy and how to carry stuff (avoiding customms and too expensive shipping etcetera) are welcome.
