when we travelled to bali 8 weeks after the bombing....they told me that travel insurance will not cover anyone for terrorist related incidents....ie, injuries from another bomb.
However for injuries relating to a fall or illness or the usual non terrorist hiccups.....they will cover.
I think that is as good as you are going to get and if you find one that will cover, you will probably pay through the nose or get stuck in a loop hole.
