Haven't stayed there myself but have had a look at the rooms. I had looked in 2003 and thought the rooms were beautiful and had another look in September last year and I thought they had really deteriorated badly. It is in a great location but I don't think going on the room I saw you could not class it as 5 star anymore.
I think Kartika Plaza or Ramayana are better than that now
